Mr. Silvio Berlusconi, is the second longest-serving Prime Minister of Italy, a position he has held on three separate occasions: from 1994 to 1995, from 2001 to 2006 and currently since 2008. As of 2010, Forbes magazine has ranked him as the 74th richest man in the world with a net worth of US$9 billion.

BRIEF ASTRO – PORTRAIT OF HIS PAST LIFE:

He is born with Kanya Lagna 14 degrees 12minutes , Vrishabha Navansha, Makar Dreshkone , Dhanu Dreshkone and Tula Dashmansha. Balance of Dasha at the time of birth was Rahu-Ven indicating focus of life on significations related to Rahu, 2nd house,  4th house, 9th , 10th house. Important Yogas: Nabhas Pash yoga, Bandhan yog, Aditya-Budha yog, Veshi, Voshi, Ubhayacharik, Gaj Kesari, Panch Mahapurush Bhadra Yoga, Punerphoo yog, Kemadrum etc.

1.      Lagna  is correct as he was born as eldest child having one younger sister and one brother. He did graduation in law in 1961 and studied legal aspect of advertising. He married twice and has five children.

2.      RAJ YOGAS & DHAN YOHAS---All the three trine lords and two kendra lords are well placed in own signs. The 9th lord Venus very strong and unafflicted in second house of accumulated wealth, promising lots of weath due to sheer luck. The Lagna Lord / 10th lord Mercury exalted in Lagna with Sun showing very good Rajyoga of getting rise like a King unexpectedly and an Institution builder combination. 3.      Marriage at the age of 28 years in 1965. Seventh house, 7th lord afflicted by 8th lord Mars gave some delay but strong Venus though in Papakartari gave marriages but also problems in marital happiness as its degrees quite closer to Mars. He established a relationship with the actress Veronica Lario with whom he subsequently had three children (daughter in 1984, Eleonora in 1986 and Luigi  in 1988). 4.      Berlusconi's business career began in construction early in the 1960s, @ 24 years in Sat-Venus dasha  and continued in remaining Ads of Sat MD., giving him lot of money from construction business. With Mercury’s MD started in Jan’1972 and native first entered the media world in 1973 by setting up a small cable television company, to service units built on his properties which began transmitting in September’74 giving him more money. After buying two further channels,  in 1978 Berlusconi founded his first media group, Fininvest. In the five years 1978 to 1983 in the dasha of Mer- Sun to Mer-Rahu, he earned some 113 billion Italian liras (€58.3 million). Fininvest soon expanded into a country-wide network of local TV stations, in effect, a single national network. In 1980 Berlusconi founded Italy's first private national network, Canale 5, followed shortly by two more. In 1982 and 1984 in Mer-Rahu.

5.      According to Forbes, Berlusconi is Italy's third richest man, estimated to own assets worth $9 billion in 2010 (90,000 lakh Dollars) , in the fields of television, newspapers, publishing, cinema, finance, banking, insurance, and even sport. Berlusconi's main company, comprises three national television channels, which together cover approximately a half of the national television sector; and the leading Italian advertising and publicity agency. Berlusconi also owns, the largest Italian publishing house, whose publications include one of the country's most popular news magazines.

6.     Berlusconi's political rise was rapid. He was elected as a Member of Parliament for the first time and appointed as Prime Minister. However, his cabinet collapsed after seven months, due to internal disagreements in his coalition. In the May’2001 elections, he became Prime Minister second time till 2006. He became PM third time in 2008 till date.

7.      BRIEF SEX – SCANDEL AND TRIALS HISTORY: On 28 March 2011 – Italy PM Silvio Berlusconi was expected at three corruption and one sex trials. The first corruption trial started on 28th mar’2011,and it concerns one of Mr. Berlusconi's media companies. He denies claims he inflated the price paid to buy television rights. The 74-year-old prime minister has been a defendant in about 50 trials in his career, but has not made a public appearance at one for many years, as he had the PM immunity power and right to stay away, accusing the judiciary of being politically biased against him. But now he says he will turn up at as many hearings as his job permits in order to prove his innocence and also as him immunity power taken away in January’2011. In the fourth trial on April 6’2011,  where he is accused of paying an underage 17 year old prostitute and accused of paying her for sex and abusing his political position to cover it up. The trial was immediately adjourned until May 31.. In this sex scandal cum trial he can face upto 15 years in jail. In May 2010, that underage girl has since recounted stories of sexually explicit so-called "bunga bunga" parties at the Prime Minister's private villa in Milan.

So lets do the astro-legal analysis of his horoscope and know which Yogas, Dasha and transit resulted in giving him such legal troubles.

PROMISE of Legal trouble, imprisonment and scandals in D1:

  1. Equal no. of planets from lagna. The second and 9th Lord venus Mercury is making Bandhan Yoga with 3rd and 8th lord Mars as both are placed in 2nd and 12th house from Lagna, indicating sudden Jail yog due to sex, secret affairs, properties, etc.

First lets see the past event of his being in some or the other news related to indecent behavior from april’2006 for his rude speech and flirtatious comments in an award function in Jan’2007 forcing second wife to demand apology in a front page letter to his rival newspaper publications

DASHAS of SEX SCANDEL--

Ven  / Jup dasha started on 15.3.2006 and completed on 13.11.2008. He got an extra – marital affair with a teen age girl in  Oct’2008 to Dec’2008 with a 18 year old girl in Ven-JUP–Rahu . Now Jupiter is in sarpdreshkone and aspected by Mars, clearly confirm the period having foundation to put the native in trouble. Rahu in Chatushpad dreshkone showing animal like behaviour / liking for sleep, food, and sex only.

  3. CANCER / AQUARIUS / PISCES FROM 30.5.2011. Cancer is 6th from AMK and KL, Aqu is itself having AMK so again bad Pisces – GK in 6th from it--- so case will continue.
